Analyze
Harward Consulting will measure, report and manage continuously improvement on performance against IT plans, budget, target and KPI, ITIL reporting and maturity, regulatory, security and BC/DR compliance and capacity and capability modelling.

Optimize
Harward Consulting will monitor performance using IT governance by performance against business objectives for IT, IT resource allocation governed by performance and business priorities, annual IT governance health checks and annual IT operations and risk management health checks.
